At Functional Me Occupational Therapy we are dedicated to enhancing positive wellbeing through tailored and individualised occupational therapy support. Sessions are practical and goals are individualised with targeted and accountable outcomes.

We support women and children with a formal diagnosis of Autism or ADHD as well as others who may present with features of these diagnosis, difficulties with general daily occupations, or just ‘not coping’.

Occupational Therapy sessions can focus on supporting executive functioning skills, planning, organising, understanding sensory processing differences including environmental changes and supports, fine motor skills such as handwriting for children, supporting an understanding of the social environment, emotional regulation and many other areas!

    Teletherapy is a great way to link in with OT without having to leave home.
